Card payments declined due to a Visa processing issue.

This issue has been resolved and card payments are operating normally.

Since approximately 03:30 BST on 4 September, all Deblock card transactions have been declined.

The cause is an issue on Visa’s side: Visa’s settlement system (VPS) stopped registering the funds we hold with them to cover card spending.

No customer funds are affected. Declined transactions are not charged, and any pending authorisations will drop off automatically. Card payments will resume as soon as Visa restores normal processing, and we will update this page as soon as that happens.
