Outgoing SEPA Instant transfers disrupted

Issue resolved.

We are currently experiencing intermittent issues affecting outgoing SEPA Instant transfers. Some instant payments you send may be delayed, rejected, or fall back to standard SEPA processing. Incoming transfers are not affected. Your funds are safe, and no transfer will be executed twice. Our teams have identified the issue and are working to restore full service as quickly as possible. We will post updates here as soon as we have more information. We apologise for any inconvenience.
